adequate stay near the mall

friendly staff beautiful apartment unclean cutlery fridge malfunction
i found the staff very friendly and helpful. the apartment was beautiful. facilities like the pool and gym were great assets for my stay.
i observed that the kitchen cutlery was not very clean. the glasses had a musty odor, i had to wash them myself in the sink. a fridge in the room did not work properly.

clean apartment helpful staff
The apartment was clean and spacious. The housekeeping team did an excellent job . I found the front-desk staff friendly and always ready to help with information.
I found the utensils insufficient for cooking. Specifically, the pans were damaged and not safe.

Fantastic Stay with Excellent Service!

strong wifi spacious suite convenient location excellent service
The staff at reception proved excellent. The WiFi signal was very strong and consistent. The suite included ample size, services, and space with a nice city view. I appreciated the proximity to restaurants and a large shopping mall a short walk away.
The kitchen cutlery wasn't very clean and glasses were musty. I needed to wash everything before using it.

The hotel is close to a shopping mall that includes a grocery store on the lower level. I found a variety of food choices plus entertainment options like bowling and an arcade. Public transportation sits within ten minutes of the hotel.

Mr Shareef at the front desk was very professional. He helped us several times. The breakfast staff were courteous and cute to all guests. Room service changed sheets and towels daily. they even folded clothing that they found.
